Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough, Constant Clearing Of Throat And Ear Infections

I m a 22 y/o male fit and healthy non-smoker, and have had a dry cough for about a month now. It comes with the constant feeling of needing to clear my throat. I have suffered from ear infections for years and have been trying to treat them particularly in the past couple of months. They have become particularly prevalent since developing the cough. I m rarely coughing up any mucus and when I do it is clear. What is it likely that I have and how would I treat it? I should add that I don t have a wheeze and have no noticeable shortness of breath.
