Suggest Treatment For Dry Eyes After Cataract Surgery

I had surgery in both eyes for cataracts. Right eye had the YAG laser some time after surgery on right eye done 11/4/13 YAG done may 2014. after the yag I started with starburst vision at night. Then I had the left eye Cateract done in May 2014 and in October 2014 had the YAG done on left. Now I have starbust in both eyes where before I did not. I find that strange after having the YAG done. I went back to the Dr. now I m told i have dry eyes so he prescribed rastais and Ilevero. But I read that ILevro can hurt your eyes more with dry eyes. I never had dry eyes before until after the surgery . Can you explain why after having the YAG done has caused the starburst? I m told that the prescriptions will correct the vision along with Omega3. I stop using the ILevro as I noticed more of a vision problem
