Suggest Treatment For Dry Flaky Skin Of Penis

need help with a penis related issue. the area that connects my foreskin to my penis regularly has cracks after sex. not a lubrication issue. It is painful and I have also noticed that my foreskin, when not retracted, tends to have flaky skin around the edges. please assist, I am very worried.
