Suggest Treatment For Dry Red Spots On The Penis

i was masterbaiting very rough one day and a few days after noticed a few red sore spots on underside of the head of my penis. i stopped and they dried out, now they are just red spots and a little dry at times. what can i put on the to make them go away?
