Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Cuts At The Corners Of Mouth

Hi, I have developed dry skin and cuts at the corners of my mouth about 3 mnths ago. I keep them clean and put Calendula ointment on them at night but they just wont heal. My only other symptoms are feeling tired and I think i had an anal fissure as there was blood sometimes on passing stools (I didn't have constipation and it seems to be healed now). Also, I have felt nauseous a couple of times over the last few months. I have a healthy diet (fruit, veg, oily fish, dairy) except that I don't eat much meat, I don't smoke and drink very occasionally. Could I have an iron deficiency (I'm female)? I have been taking iron tablets the last two weeks but cuts are not getting worse or better. Yawning, eating and smiling hurt and crack them open again. I have only had 2 sexual partners, always protected sex but unprotected oral sex. Could I have caught something? Also, I was in contact with someone who now has glandular fever just before the cut developed. Please help me?! Thank you
