Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Swollen Eyelids

Hi, About 4 days ago my skin on my face got really raw and dry. My eye lids are also swollen. My face skin feels almost like scales. My eyelid skin is very raw and dry to, They hurt to touch. And today i noticed a little bit of dischard when I rubbed my eyes in the mirror. What are some possibility that could be the cause.
