Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Wrinkled Scaly Appearance On Legs

I have extreme dry skin through out my body and face. My legs have a wrinkled scaly appearance.After browing through the net, i can relate my condition to Ichthyosis Vulgaris, ive been suffering for years now.What kind of treatment should i avail from a dermatologist.will all dermatologist be aware of this condition and be able to provide good treatment for this.Pls help
