Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin On Eyelid After Pimple Burst

I have had a skin colored bump on my eupper eyelid, far from the lashes for a few months now. It was pretty small, similar to a bug bite. It had a little dot in the center that was similar to a hole left after you pop a pimple. Well tonight I finally pushed it hard enough and this tiny seed sized oval-ish yellow white bead came out. I pulled it off and my eye had traces of blood also similar to when you pop a pimple poorly. It stopped bleeding really fast. I'm not sure if everything is out and I don't know what to do. The only other thing I can think to mention is that my eyelid above that eye has had somewhat dry skin since the thing appeared.
