Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin Spot On Elbow

Anupam here. (29, 180cm, 75kg, good health.) I have 1cm very dry skin on one elbow. Pink but never bleeds. Rare that it is painful but it is sometime. Is it because I have it out the window when I drive, or do you think it is something else? How can I make it look and feel normal?
