Suggest Treatment For Dry Spots On Arms And Leg

They were red at first, but now they both are just light dry spots. I was recently diagnosed with neuropathy and my legs and ankles are very swollen. I noticed that small dry circular indentations have started on my leg. One of them is very deep. I had some kind of bullous problem a few months back, but it's gone now. I also have SLE.
