Suggest Treatment For Dry, White Patches On The Thighs

Age-33

Height-5'6"

Weight- 130 lbs.

MEdical history- very healthy.

I have noticed for at least the last 3 years only my thighs (mainly front) have white patches. Very dry skin. I just asked my dermatologist about it at my last yearly skin exam and I was told I have inflammed hypopigmentation and it should get better over time. Well, three years later it seems to not have changed one bit. I can tell that in the summer it looks worse because my surrounding skin tans but not those dry skin spots. I always use lotion after a shower and never had dry skin and I have been going to the dermatologist for the past 10 years. Does pregnancy have anything to do with it because over the last 7 years I have had 5 pregnancies. IS there any specific cream I can use to make it better or will it just stay the same?
