Suggest Treatment For Dry Wrinkled Patch On Inner Thigh

first i noticed dry wrinkled patch on my inner thigh. then a few days later there were more now they have spreaded all over. they dont itch or any thing but i am worried what are they. they feel kind of hard to the touch and a little numb
