Suggest Treatment For Dryness And Numbness Below Nose

the area above my lip below my nose has been really dry for 3days and was a tiny bit numb it was after a drunk night were i made out with a random sketchy girl and later that night i was in the cold for a while waiting for the bus is it possible it was just the cold weather and the acohol that caused this?
