Suggest Treatment For Dryness And Redness On Lips

hey there-I have a condition which started a few weeks ago. I thought I just had really dry lips but after using vasoline, various chapsticks, hydrating regularly, etc I haven't gotten any results. Basically I have redness above my upper lip that is very dry and feels "tight" and dry when I wake up. Additionally, overnight I have been waking up with a golden crust over the red irritated areas. Now, one of the irritation sites is starting to spread out around my mouth-any thoughts?
