Suggest Treatment For Dryness In The Hands And Legs

my skin is very dry especially on hands and leg. After ten days fasting i noticed patch dryness on my hands and severe drying of skin. I have lichen infection on my legs which is also very severe nowadays (itching and cracking of skin) please tell me remedies for this and any recommendations on my diet? Malavika
