Suggest Treatment For Dryness On Eyelid And Buttocks With Discharge

Okej, heres how it is! Latly i have been having trouble with som dry skin on my eyelid and my cheek. But then i have been having some irritaton around my asshole. Nothing big at first. just felt good when i took toilet paper and rubbed alittle bit. But now it looks like a red infected area. it is a bit damp but I would not say it's discharge. and it comes from the infected area and not from my anus. And it hurts like hell if I touch it or sit. And now I've discovered that I have the same thing except just one small spot on my penis. But It's just my butt that hurts. Please help!! Sorry for my bad english! Im from sweden. Im a male and soon 21 years old. I do not have any other medical history
