Suggest Treatment For Dryness On The Hair

yes - freaking out. I have fairly thick hair, shinny, never treated hair. One side of my head the hair is still shinny and the other is completely dry and seems to be thinning at the scalp out of nowhere. I switched shampoos and even bought a new hair dryer and nothing had changed. I'm concerned that it could be more serious then simple hairloss/aging. I'm 35 years okd
