Suggest Treatment For Dull Hearing With Low Fluid Near Ear Drum

Hello. I went to my family doctor to have my ears checked out. A month ago when he checked he saw fluid behind the eardrum. A month later he didn't see any fluids, but I still have dull hearing and when I move my head a certain way or when I lay down and get up I can fill fluids blocking or unblocking my hearing.
