Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In Right Abdominal Region

Iâ??m 23 and have regular periods. In January, I noticed a dull pain in my right, abdominal region, accompanied by a thick, white odorless discharge. In M arch I went to a doctor and he gave me Ciprofloxacin, as well as a probiotic. This helped with the discharge, and the pain lessened, but did not go away altogether. After about 2 weeks, the pain was worse, sometimes moving towards my lower back. In June, my pharmacist brother-in-law gave me Metronidazole, Amixicillin and Doxycycline, which never helped. Last week I went back to the doctor I went to in March and he gave me the same tablets but to no avail. I asked that he do more than just press my tummy and listen to it with a stethoscope, but he said a scan wonâ??t show anything. Me suspects PID, but why isnâ??t it responding to the pill? Or maybe my reproductive organs have been damaged, and the PID is in its worst stages, thus the ineffectiveness of medication? HELP!!
