Hi.my mother had her endoscopy and found out to have duodenal ulcer and 2nd endoscopy resulted to have gastric ulcer w/ GIST. his doctor requested for ct scan of abdomen with and without contrast. Oral and iv and these are the results. CT images reveal irregular wall thickening of the gastric antrum, with a maximum thickness of 2.8cm.It Exhibits enhancement on contrast study.Surrounding fat stranding is seen. Enlarged parigastric and peripancreatic lymph nodes are also seen. His doctor suggested for an operation.
