Suggest Treatment For Dyshidrotic Eczema

I am a 48-year old white female. I have never had skin problems and generally have had a fortunate healthy skin for all of my life. About one year ago, I started to get itchy bubbles on my hands, and when scratched, would reveal water-like blisters under the skin. Many of those that were scratched, became 'raw' and later scabbed over, some leaving scars. These are still occuring, occassionally but I try not to scratch anymore, which is challenging because they are really itchy.

So my first inquiry is related to the above-mentioned. My second is as follows:

Similar to the first issue, this phenomenon is now in a similar fashion on my arms. If I have any kind of 'itch' and scratch it (even lightly) there most often is a watery substance at the skin level, which leads to an open 'skin' and hence a healing process that includes a scab. Regardless of the cause of the itch, unkown or a mosquito bite, ends up the same. I have never had this problem before and it is concerning me that I have a skin ailment that is foreign to me.

Most of these 'bumps' appear to be below the skin's first layer, and not always raised.

I do not use anitbacterial soap anymore, as I thought this might be the cause - since the avian flu scare, everybody was using it. I do not use perfumed hand creams, mainly base cream and I am a healthy, hygenic person overall.

I do have low blood, if that makes a difference and I take daily medication for acid reflux.

I drink plenty of fluids, and the only change is a penchant to ice - I love ice.

Hope you can shed some light on my condition.
