Suggest Treatment For Dyskinesia Due To Difficulty In Body Movements

My wife aged 68 year is suffering from parkinson since year1995 .She is taking TIDOMET LS 1/2 tab 4 times a day, 3 AMENTRFL ,&2 PACITANE in a day . tremors are controlled but after taking tidomet & in on position there is much movement of whole body i.e dyskinesia. In on position she is not able to open her eyes.There is no balance of body & could not walk without assisetance. I want some sutable remedy for dyskinesia & closing of eyes.she has developed all symtoms of parkinson i.e.Bradykinesia,rigidity,instability, constipation, low tremours, etc. can you suggest any latest medicine.
