Suggest Treatment For Dysmenorrhea And Menorrhagia

Hi, I am 38 yrs old with 2 kids by LSCS. I have severe dysmenorrhoea and severe menorrhagia. I pass severe clots with pain in the right lower abdomen and it is really unbearable.My liver is swollen and I weigh 78 kgs with a height of 5.2 feet. 6 months back i had a breast examination, which showed a small cyst in my right breast. Pls suggest me and help me to get rid of my weight, menstrual problem.Thanks
