Suggest Treatment For Ear Ache And Frequent Colds

Hi doctor I am Neetu Jaluka from Kolkata. I am regularly suffering from pain in my right ear which usually occurs after a very bad cold. It is so severe that the reports declare me to be deaf by one ear. Once my cold goes After taking antibiotics like azibact 60ml the pain also vanishes. The reports say that I have a weak middle ear. Please suggest what to do
