Suggest Treatment For Ear And Sinus Infection

2 years ago I was in Mexico and my sinus really started acting up. Upon the flight home i developed a severe ear infection and loss of hearing %30. I was put on a steroid that made me feel like I was having a heart attack. So doctor pulled me off. Had MRI to rule out tumors. 2 years later still have fuzzy head feeling and pressure in ear. ENT says ear looks great MRI is clear. I feel fuzzy head and I dont feel sharp. I havent missed a day of work but its hard to concentrate and sometimes struggle to get the words out.
