Suggest Treatment For Ear Block Caused By Taking Air Travel

Hi my right ear is blocked during air travel.Next day i went to urgent care center.they prescribed me with antobiotics advil and nasal decongestant.it has been 6 days my ears are still blocked.how long should i wait before i consult an ENT specialist for the issue.My right ear is still blocked and i feel pressure on that part of my ear
