Suggest Treatment For Ear Drum Damage In Children

Hi, my son has an ear infection since October ... We went to few doctors and they all gave him Ciprodex drops 6 times in 5 months.... Now they found a fungus infection , they cleaned it and put boric acid powder just the powder( not dilute it).
2 days after he started to have a serous sanguine discharge on the pillow and leaking slowly from his ear...
A week after we went for cleaning his ear again and they said the eardrum has a hole , a little big bigger then the one when you put the PE tubes...
Now we don t know what to do anymore!
We would appreciate any suggestion!
