Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

I am wondering if I could be pregnant, my cycle ended two days ago and I am on lo estrin fe 10 10. Last month I was prescribed a z pak and then ceFdinir a few days later for an ear infection. During this time me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex quite a few times we have been together for over a year which is about how long I ve been on the pill. I took my second blue pill today and still have very light bleeding which I never have usually: I also had a really bad headache and some dizziness/faintness the past few days. And I noticed I ve been eating more. I broke out in hives as well which my pharmacist said is a reaction to the cefdinir. I am just worried because If there is a chance I m pregnant I will take a test before I would stop the pill(I obviously don t want to take the pill if I m pregnant for the sake of the child) thank you for the feed back ! I might just be worrying to much
