Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

my son is 14 and started to have ear infections about 2 years ago he has had them regularly 5 since end of October. He temperature is elevated but not fever normal 35.4c goes to 36.7c no pain in the ear, get fatigue and leg pains, its been miss diagnosed several times as a standard virus but picked up when virus does not improve. strong antibiotics seems to do the job but its back again within two weeks after course of antibiotics is finished.
