Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

I have had ear infection/blockage for three weeks. I have went through three different treatments by three different doctors. Currently I am seeing an ear, nose, throat specialist and he has me using a steroid eardrop to no affect. I worry that I may have a growth or something blocking the ear (only my right ear.).It feels as though the eardrum will burst. I am now going to be put on another round of oral antibiotics and nasal spray. none of this has worked in openeing the ear . any help would be greatly appreciated.
