Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

got ear infection severe - shown to ENT told infection in mid ear --sugestd some medication cefurica-500mg , Relent-OD , but still lot pain increased till half mouth , taken medication for 3 dayhs , but pain is still there and feel like oneside completely blocked
