Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

Hi, i do have some kind of ear infection with block ear and very unplesant pain.I when to my GP and he gave me Antibiotick with ear drops and Celestamine...How can Celestamine help? If all this doesn`t help what can i do next? It`s realy uncomfortable ;-( thank you G
