Suggest Treatment For Ear Injury Along With Dizziness

I jumped off a cliff and when I came up I was in extreme pain crying and my ears hurt couldn't hear properly and felt dizzy I have tried to get the water out of my ears but I fear I need more then that should I go to hospital?? I'm Still in a lot of pain and my sinuses are hurting
