Suggest Treatment For Ear Injury

hi doctor, yesterday my friend was joking with me and he pulled my ear so hard, and it was painfull.... after while i niticed that my ear is directed little bit outside away of my head more than the normal ear.... so my question:

Is this temporary or it is going to remain like this?

How can i heal it and do i need ear treatment or medicens?

please advice?
