Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain Afte The Surgery

I just had ear drum replacement surgery last week. i returned to work today and sneezed. i didnt even think about it and covered y nose and mouth to not sneeze everywhere. My ear popped extremely hard and now i have a pain greater then that of my ear surgery. I cannot see my ear doctor until tomorrow at 3:00pm
