Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Bleeding After Injury

Last night I was cleaning my ear with one of those ear wax scraper tools. It slipped and fell in my ear. Their was a sharp pain. I took the tool out immediately. After a while I noticed it was bleeding a tiny amount when I swabbed it with a q-tip. The pain comes and goes. Today, my ear feels heavy and the pain still comes and goes. And it is still bleeding a little when swabbed, but not enough bleeding to be seen coming out the ear. Is this perhaps just a scratched ear canel? or worse? I might not be able to see a doctor for a few days which is why I am concerned.
