Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Bleeding

my ear started hurting yesterday but not very bad until bedtime. i put vinegar and water in my ear a 50/50 solution. then later my mom put ear pain drops in. my ear hurt really bad the whole night until i finally fell asleep. this morning i wake up and theres blood coming out of my ear. is this a normal ear infection? by the way i've been swimming almost everyday in our pool.
