Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain Due To Cholesteatoma

i have cholesteatoma and will soon be having an oporation at some point, but yesterday i was suffering with bad ear ache and it carried on this morning as well and i now have clear fluid coming out of my ear i think i might have an ear infection should i go to the doctors.
