Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain Due To Wax Build Up

hi i had ear wax build up and went the doctor. my right ear had been hurting do i went in and the doctor removed the wax causing extreme pain. he also cleaned out my left ear because there was only a little wax. on the way home my right ear was fine but my left ear hurt horribly. now iv been home for about six hours and my left ear is bleeding. my right one, which was the problem ear, has no problems. whats wrong with my ear?
