Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain

My wife had been suffering from ear pain for the last couple of months. my family doctor gave antibiotic for pain. After two months the pain came back again. Also at the tonsil , she has white stain which may be tonsil stone but the size is increasing and it is painful.
