Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain

Dear Doctor Sunil is suffering with ear pain , a resound in his ears since one month we joined him in Hyderabad Hospital . There they diagnised Post Herpatic Neurolgia. still he is under prescription. he is suffering from ear irritation today he is unable to hear .Please we want a suggestion, and whom we have to consult.
