Suggest Treatment For Ear Popping

Hey, recently my ears have been popping a lot (like i am descending on a plane) and i often have to pop them to feel 'clear' in the head. I feel hazy sometimes like finding it hard to concentrate, and just today i feel like i can taste blood from my nose. I have a blocked nose, and from what it feels like, a blocked sinus.
