Suggest Treatment For Ear Wax

i had a ringing in my right ear that wouldnt go away. i went to an emergency room for it and they said it was because i had strep throat and my ear got infected. they gave me a shot and it went away for a long time. it came back and i went to a different emergency room close by and they said their was ear wax blocking something. so they gave me drops. i used them 5 days str8 no help. and they said tinnitus not the case..
