Suggest Treatment For Earache With Discharge

My ear has been acting up lately. A week ago it started hurting, so I put alcohol in my ear. The pain reduced and everything was fine until I cleaned my ear again. My ear is now a tiny bit swollen on the inside, and I have a very watery wax comig out. It s almost a liquid, and smells off. What should I do?
