Suggest Treatment For Early Discharge

Hi doc.I am 26 yr unmarried with regular master butane. For the last 4 years m having early discharge problem. The discharge is sometimes less and sometimes more the less 2-3 minute . Also it is either white or yellow. but there is no pain .so my sex problem become very high so kindly help... Thanks
