Suggest Treatment For Eczema Around Eyes

I went to my opthymoligist -he says I have exima...my eyes are not responding to his treatment of-neomycin and polymyxin B sulfates and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment...the corner of my left eye is getting bad it is a red scale-ly rash-like sticky down in the eyelashs and around eye big problem for about 2 months. it gets dry then I don't know what to do and I use vasiline to relieve dryness...it seems to be a revolving problem !!!!!!
