Suggest Treatment For Eczema In Ear Causing Foul Smelling Blood Discharge

my doctor has told me iv have eczema in my ear iv been three times now i have read other peoples complaints i do not have any itching or flackey skin iv got a horrible smelling bloody discharge but no pain the first time i had it i was given steriod cream but this seemed to aggrivate it and ended up in a lot of pain and dizzy i was then given a spray i have used the spray otomize on the other 2 occaisions one being at present is eczema of the ear the right diognose
