Suggest Treatment For Eczema On Ankle

Hi, My mother has a swollen right ankle due to ezcema and the skin is weeping at the moment. She has been putting on an aqueous cream prescribed by her doctor along with Betnovate ointment. These don't seem to be doing any good! She has also put on a hydrocortisone cream a few days ago as a change from the betnovate. None of these seems to be improving the condition! Can you suggest anything else that will improve her skin condition?
