Suggest Treatment For Eczema On Face

Hi my daughter is 14 year old. She is having aczma on her face, for which she is using local steroid cream. After using this cream acne started on her face. doctor perscribe her acdermin gel which contain clyndamycin and tretinein after that I realised that her acne is more. Dose this gel cause more acne in the beginning then clear. She is using this gel for the last 8 days.
