Suggest Treatment For Eczema On Leg

i have a red/ slightly yellow rash on my leg that I have had for over 10 years... I have had a doctor look at it and he said it was axima. I didn t treat it and it still looks the same.. it itches more so now then before but since skin cancer runs in my family I was worried.
